ANGER :


Anger. It's an interesting topic, which I have been chosen today.
You may be knowing what is anger.
There are 6 emotions. Namely
1) Fear
2) Disgust
3) Happiness
4) Sadness
5) Surprise and
6) Anger
In this six emotions anger is dangerous and incapable of being controlled and stopped.
No one can control the anger!
Because anger is include in emotion.
There are many cases of people they don't fear, don't laugh, don't get shocked and they are not strong enough.
But in the case of anger 99.99% people get anger but 0.1 % people don't get anger compared to normal person.


People get anger for small things. Read the below examples.
1) when network is not proper in TV or mobile.
2) your favourite channel is changed in Television.
3) your friends has scold you by telling bad words.
4) your girlfriend or lover had rejected you.
5) your dad or mom scolded for your mischievous activities, and many more.

      Nobody can control anger. From anger many people leave home, do suicide and murder also to take revenge.

There are three types of anger.
1) Self anger: the anger is not shown to others. When time comes, they show  indirectly to others. For example saying to somebody to beat him or take revenge over them.
                     

2) Shown Anger: some persons they can't control their anger they take revenge on the spot.
                

3) Patience anger: these type of people they don't show their anger at any cause in any situation and they forget instantly.
             

       Anger comes and goes, but you don't know when I actually anger comes because you can control it prior.
       Anger in normal person. Atleast five minute it can be placed and it depends how they take their situation or decision for problems of each individual.

        Dangerous people do this :

1) they may not be knowing what they do when anger comes.
2) they don't see elder or older they beat them.
3) when they are anger, they don't know what they are talking and when anger goes, they don't remember also.

I have some tips to control your anger in many ways.
* Count 1 to 50 from descending order.
* Analyse the heartbeat or breathing           (breathe in and breathe out)
* Physical exercise a(soon as when you 
   get anger)
* A fresh bath ( as soon as anger comes)
* Sleep, dance, favourite music, etc
    Which keeps your mind peace.
* Do meditation at least 5 to 10 minutes in a day just concentrate on your breathing.

      
         Don't do this when anger comes.
* Go for long ride.
* Self suicide and homicide.

* Breaking things.

* Beating to someone in his/her face.


 Conclusion:

Control your anger. It comes and goes for a while, when you control your mind means brain automatically you can control your anger it's in your brain itself.
