Fear

Fear :

FEAR IS A BIG LIAR. It steals our dreams. Robs our potential. Mocks our greatness.

We've been born into brilliance. But the noisy voices of the cynics and the laughter of our critics stifle our best. And betrays our genius.

We live in a world where too many among us have accepted average. But you, you are a giant. A hero. A titan.

The average has zero place in your world. NEVER SETTLE FOR AVERAGE.

So when your fears begin to show up, silence their voices. Deny their powers. And move ahead bravely and boldly into the beauty of your dreams.

There are always infinitely greater possibilities lying beyond fear!

Have the courage to BELIEVE IN YOUR OWN GREATNESS!

Happiness:

True happiness is to enjoy the present, without anxious dependence upon the future, not to amuse ourselves with either hopes or fears but to rest satisfied with what we have, which is sufficient, for he that is so wants nothing. The greatest blessings of mankind are within us and within our reach. A wise man is content with his lot, whatever it may be, without wishing for what he has not.

Putting things off is the biggest waste of life: it snatches away each day as it comes, and denies us the present by promising the future. The greatest obstacle to living is expectancy, which hangs upon tomorrow and loses today. You are arranging what lies in Fortune's control, and abandoning what lies in yours. What are you looking at? To what goal are you straining? The whole future lies in uncertainty: live immediately.
Fear is a powerful and primal emotion that arises in response to perceived threats or dangers. It serves as a survival mechanism, triggering a physiological and psychological response to protect us from harm. Here are some key aspects of fear:

1. **Physiological Response:** When we experience fear, our bodies undergo various changes to prepare for a potential threat. These changes include increased heart rate, rapid breathing, heightened senses, and the release of stress hormones like adrenaline.

2. **Emotional Experience:** Fear is accompanied by intense emotions such as anxiety, dread, or panic. It can manifest as a feeling of unease, apprehension, or terror, depending on the nature and severity of the perceived threat.

3. **Cognitive Effects:** Fear can influence our thoughts and perceptions, leading to distorted thinking or irrational beliefs. It can impair decision-making and problem-solving abilities, as the focus shifts toward survival instincts rather than rational analysis.

4. **Triggers and Sources:** Fear can be triggered by various factors, including real or imagined threats, traumatic experiences, phobias, uncertainty, or the unknown. It can also be culturally influenced or shaped by past experiences and conditioning.

5. **Adaptive Function:** While fear can be distressing, it serves an adaptive function by alerting us to potential dangers and motivating us to take protective action. In some situations, fear can be beneficial, helping us avoid harm and survive in threatening environments.

6. **Management and Coping:** Coping with fear involves understanding its triggers and effects, developing coping strategies, and gradually exposing oneself to feared stimuli in a controlled manner (exposure therapy). Techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, and reframing negative thoughts can also help manage fear.

Overall, fear is a complex and multifaceted emotion that plays a crucial role in human survival and well-being. Understanding and effectively managing fear can empower individuals to navigate challenging situations and live more fulfilling lives.

Life

Not everyone will believe in your dream and desire to make a difference.
Not everyone will understand your story and the reasons behind your smiles.

Not everyone will celebrate your achievements.
Not everyone will wish that you succeed.

Not everyone will back you in your struggle for survival.
Not everyone will appreciate you for your kind gestures.
Not everyone will vow for you.

This is why it is called life.

Those you expect to be your cheerleaders can sometimes be the very ones to stab you in the back.

Those for whom you will have no rest just to ensure that they survive can sometimes be the most ungrateful individuals ever in your life.

This is life.

No matter what your experience is today, just believe that it is possible to go on, no matter how impossible it seems.

Always continue the climb. It is possible to do whatever you choose, once you remain focused and determined.

It’s possible.

Fall forward toward your dream.

Great day!
